The Veterinary Nurses
At Three Rivers Veterinary Group we have six fully qualified veterinary nurses.

Sharon Constable

Sharon studied at Berkshire College of Agriculture and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1987. After working in London she spent a year in Australia travelling and working as a locum nurse. She joined the practice in November 1998 and became head nurse after one year. Her main area of interest is theatre work and maintaining an efficient and happy nursing team.

Lucy Woodburn

Lucy started her career as a Veterinary nurse in 1990 in a small animal and equine practice in Nottinghamshire. After three enjoyable years there she had the opportunity to work in Zambia assisting in a mixed practice. The patients illnesses and the practice facilities were very different from England and the job was extremely challenging. She worked for 6 years at a small animal practice in Greenwich and then in 2000 moved to this area and started work at Three Rivers. Lucy is a Qualified Veterinary Healthcare Advisor, whose particular areas of interest are pet behaviour and dentistry. She runs successful puppy socialisation and training classes and in October 2006 completed the BVNA Certificate in Companion Animal Behaviour. In March 2011 she obtained the BVNA Certificate in Small Animal Dentistry and enjoys running dental clinics and advising owners how to care for their pets teeth. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cathy Braddon

Cathy originated from Slough in Berkshire and studied for her first year exams at 'The Berkshire College of Agriculture' and her second year final exams at 'The Royal Veterinary College' in Potters Bar. Qualifying in 1999 she remained in practice in Middlesex until relocating to Norfolk to start a family. She Joined Three Rivers in 2003 and enjoys the Nurse Clinics in particular the Weight Clinics. In her spare time she enjoys running and is entered into the 2008 Flora London Marathon in April.

Diana Frost

Diana trained to be a veterinary nurse at The Old Golfhouse in Thetford and qualified in 1992. She took a career break to raise a family and restarted work in 2003 when she joined Three Rivers Veterinary Group. Since then she has added qualifications as Veterinary nutritional health advisor and dental leader. She is particularly interested in anaesthesia and has passed level one qualifications in this field.

Vicky Wright

Vicky joined Three Rivers in 2006 and has wanted to become a Vet Nurse from a young age. She grew up locally on the family farm and as such animals have always played an important part in her life. In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog Toby to obedience and agility classes. Vicky qualified as an RVN in January 2010.
